Kung fu is one of the oldest and most widely practiced styles of martial arts. In our traditional kungfu curriculum you will learn the powerful strikes, blocks and stances of traditional northern kung fu. Through the practice you’ll develop your strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness and cardiovascular efficiency.

This class is right for you if you are looking to

  • become more fit in a fun way
  • learn main forms of strikes and how they are used
  • develop yourself through individual practice rather than engaging in contact with another classmate
